At Lazy AI, we offer a transparent and flexible pricing structure designed to meet the needs of your business. Our pricing consists of the following components:

Subscription Fee

Variable Third-Party Vendors and Providers Fees

• In addition to the subscription fee, Lazy AI may incur costs related to third-party vendors and providers when processing certain activities. These fees are passed on to you and may include, without limitation:
• Costs associated with processing Prompts, Hosting, storage, compute, data transfer, payment processing, and other infrastructure costs incurred by Lazy AI on your behalf when creating and running your apps.

Please note that the Variable Third-Party Vendors and Providers Fees are variable and may depend on your usage and specific requirements.

Billing and Invoicing

Invoice receipts for your subscription will be automatically generated and emailed to your registered email address. You can view all of your invoices and manage your subscription details through your account portal link at the top of this page.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time by accessing your account portal with the link at the top of this page. Your subscription will remain active until it fully terminates at the end of the current billing period. Please note that during the active period between when you cancel your subscription and when the subscription fully terminates, you are still responsible for paying any unpaid Subscription fees and Variable Third-Party Vendors and Providers Fees. Lazy AI reserves the right to update pricing and fees from time to time, and any changes will be communicated to active subscribers in advance.
